Neapolitan pizza made to the rules of the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana, with dough rested for at least 24 hours. The dough uses only water, sea salt, flour and yeast and rises for at least 24 hours before it is opened by hand. Pizzas bake quickly at very high heat and are topped with Italian tomatoes and imported cheeses. Starters, salads and grilled dishes are also on the menu. This is the Sukhumvit 33 flagship in Phrom Phong.
